Focused on Indianapolis' Independent Restaurants

Our focus is on the independent, local community, so we only allow F&B businesses to post jobs for their restaurant/bar/etc concept, if that concept has less than 20 locations in the state of Indiana and less 100 locations nationwide. If you are a hospitality group with multiple concepts, please only post jobs for your F&B concepts with less than 20 locations in the state of Indiana and less than 100 concepts nationwide. Types of Job Posts We Allow: Food & Beverage Positions

We love hosting a diverse range of job opportunities on our board. The easiest way to think of what kinds of job posts we allow is two-fold:

1. Jobs at a Food & Beverage Business: If your company is in the food and beverage space (e.g. restaurant, bar, coffee shop, bakery, caterer, restaurant equipment company, etc), you may post any of your job opportunities (e.g. server, bartender, general manager, line cook, chef, dishwasher, barista, bar back, cashier, events manager, delivery driver, photographer, accountant, etc) on our board.
2. Specific Food & Beverage-Related Jobs not at a Food & Beverage Business: If your company is not directly in the food and beverage space (e.g. hotel, music venue, etc) you may only post jobs opportunities directly related to food and beverage opportunities (e.g. server/bartender/bar back position at a hotel or venue).
