👋 Hello all. We're ProperHire. Based out of Indianapolis we're working to bring to you the Proper way to find and fill service industry positions.

We're currently focused on Indianapolis' Independent Restaurants

Our focus is on the independent, local community, so we only allow F&B businesses to post jobs for their restaurant/bar/etc concept, if that concept has less than 20 locations in the state of Indiana and less 100 locations nationwide. If a hospitality group has multiple concepts, only jobs at F&B concepts with less than 20 locations in the state of Indiana and less than 100 concepts nationwide are permitted. Questions?
